Mississauga, Ontario — August 22, 2023 — The organizing committee of the Masters Indigenous Games is delighted to announce that TC Energy has joined our expanding group of community partners. We deeply appreciate the generous support and valuable resources offered by our community partners, and we’re thrilled that TC Energy is one of those partners.

Indigenous Sport & Wellness Ontario (ISWO) is the official Provincial/Territorial Aboriginal Sport Body(P/TASB) for Ontario and consistently delivers outstanding sporting and cultural events. Following a few challenging years of restrictions and limitations on in-person programming, ISWO successfully hosted the 2022 Ontario Summer Indigenous Games.

TC Energy has been working with indigenous communities for over 40 years on energy projects taking place in and around communities to understand its potential impact as well as create education and training opportunities. Scholarships and community legacy opportunities are some of the main ways TC Energy has committed to supporting indigenous communities in Canada.
