Once you’ve arrived in Ottawa, you can check-in to receive your Games Accreditation (ID Badge), swag bag filled with goodies and must have essential Games items, schedules and information about your events and the cultural festival. Check-in will be available on Thursday, August 24 at the Athlete Welcome and Information booth located in the Horticultural Building at Lansdowne Park. Athletes who cannot receive their accreditation during the pick-up time may collect theirs at their sport venue. Hours for the Athlete Welcome and Information booth will be confirmed closer to the event.
